• Designed a dedicated critical systems infrastructure with UPS back-up power and APS (automatic power system) diesel driven generator to support critical operations for a major bank.

Case Study 2: Enwave District Energy Limited, DLWC, Toronto

• Provided feasibility studies for both steam and deep lake water cooling project (DLWC) on behalf of Oxford Properties Group and Enwave District Energy Limited. The DLWC project will provide environmentally friendly air conditioning to One University Avenue, Toronto. .
• Carried out preliminary design and what if cost sensitivity studies to determine the best scenario for implementation.. Prepared ten-year projection of cash flows from operations.
• Designed the steam and chilled water piping infrastructure throughout the building.
• Obtained competitive prices and concluded a deal with a key contractor to meet the necessary tight schedules and budgets.
• Managed site technical activities to ensure that the design criteria has been met.
